j3l's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j3l does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Upon termination of your account for cause, j3l may forfeit any bonus balances and void any pending bets. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to j3l will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks.
You may close your j3l account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
