3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), we collect copies of government-issued photo identification documents such as your UMID card, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport. We may also collect a selfie photograph for liveness verification purposes.

3.3 Financial Data

We collect information about your deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history on the Platform. We do not store full payment card numbers. For GCash and PayMaya transactions, we receive only the reference numbers and amounts necessary to process and reconcile payments.

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

7.1 Service Providers

j3l shares personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, Maya, and partner banks), game software providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer support platform operators. All service providers are contractually bound to process personal data only on j3l's instructions and in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

j3l is required by Philippine law to disclose personal data to regulatory and law enforcement authorities in certain circumstances. This includes reporting suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), providing player data to PAGCOR upon request, and complying with lawful orders from Philippine courts or government agencies.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of j3l's assets, personal data held by j3l may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. 9. Data Retention

j3l retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law, whichever is longer. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Gaming activity records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.
• Technical and device logs: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of collection.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

If j3l becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be permanently closed. If you believe that a minor has registered on the j3l Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
